While Salman has officially arrived at the sessions court for the retrial of the 2002 attempt at manslaughter case, there's more you have to know
A hearing for Salman Khan's 2002 attempt at manslaughter case is booked throughout today and the on-screen character has officially arrived at the court. Just a couple of days back, a prime witness in the case, Muslim Niyamat Sheik had claimed that his previous legal advisor Mukesh Pandey had offered him Rs 5 lakh to change his confirmation in court. Sheik was one of the four individuals who got harmed when Salman's Toyota Land Cruiser smashed into the American Bakery at Bandra Hill Road. In his grumbling, Sheik asserts that he accepted two telephone calls to change his announcement for Rs 5 lakh and when the number was followed it was discovered to be enrolled under his legal advisor's name. The report with respect to Sheik's protest will be submitted today, by the Bandra police.
While Muslim Niyamat Sheik stands genuine to his claim, his previous legal advisor Mukesh Pandey denies making any influence calls. He was cited by a well known tabloid, "Muslim is lying. There was no call produced out of my telephone to his number on the day he is asserting an obscure individual called. Indeed, he was the one to call me each now then, asking, 'Sir, principle phans toh nahi jaunga naa case mein'. I recall one day I had 13 missed calls from him. I have been his legal advisor for 10 years. By what means would he be able to make such claims? I have recorded my announcement with the police, alongside a few archives."
