Presently it can be informed that Karan Johar was the first decision as the host of Bigg Boss. He was approached by the big cheeses of Colors to "supplant" Salman Khan. However he turned it down for three reasons. Here they go…
1 Because he feels that nobody can and ought to supplant Salman Khan in anything. He felt Salman is the show and the other way around.
2 He thought somebody who is an obstinate aficionado of the show ought to have it, and since he wasn't, he felt Farah Khan would improve work.
3 And last however not the slightest, his mother let him know that she would not watch the show in the event that he facilitated it. Hiroo Johar is the greatest aficionado of the show and she worships Salman. Kjo chuckles, "Would you be able to envision my own mom would not like to see me facilitating the show.
