Aamir Khan’s PK Has Not Been Offensive - Says Delhi Large Court


The senior parts of HC declined to amuse the supplication which looked for boycott on the film 

The Delhi High Court Wednesday rejected a PIL recorded against Raj Kumar Hirani administered and Aamir Khan starrer film PK. saying "the film was not hostile". 

A division seat of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice R.s. Endlaw declined to engross the supplication which looked for boycott on the film for claimed disparaging comments against Hindu divine beings, Hindu convictions, confidence and love in the motion picture. The seat said: "What wasn't right in the film? We don't discover anything hostile in it. We don't find any substance in the supplication." 

The court said it will pass an itemized request on the supplication later. The PIL, recorded by Gautam, contended that the film made joke of Hindu god and Lord Shiva was indicated in awful light. "The Hindu method for love has additionally been censured in a most unjustifiable way," he claimed. 

Extra Solicitor General Sanjay Jain showing up for the Center contradicted the request, saying comparable matter preceded the Supreme Court which had rejected it. Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer PK may have inspired commentators and crowds yet the depiction of Hindu slants in the film has gotten under the skin of conservative associations which say the motion picture slights Hindu religion.
